(D) The relevant public and participating private schools shall cooperate with the research effort by providing student assessment results and any other data necessary to complete this study. To do this, legislators could limit eligibility to any military personnel, reservist or National Guard member called up to support Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom only. (B) Any eligible students may attend a participating school until his or her graduation from high school or his or her 21st birthday, whichever comes first.
